The Wendougee DATA S brings commercial-grade brewing to your worktop. A saturated group head, gear pump, and app-based profiling give you control that most home machines simply cannot match. Built from stainless steel with German and Italian internal components, it handles anything from a classic 9 bar pull to a gentle declining pressure curve. What sets the DATA S apart

Gear pump profiling. Where most prosumer machines use fixed-pressure vibratory or rotary pumps, the DATA S gear pump adjusts pressure and flow on the fly. Peak flow reaches 12 ml/sec — nearly double the 7 ml/sec typical of vibratory pump machines (Tom's Coffee Corner, December 2025). A German Wika pressure sensor keeps your extraction curve stable from the first drop to last.

Saturated group head. Most dual boilers at this price use E61 groups. The DATA S uses a saturated group — the same design found in commercial La Marzocco machines — for excellent thermal stability and no warm-up flush. 

Wendougee E-bar app ecosystem. Build pressure and flow profiles, share them with the community, and sync grind size to the Wendougee Milo Play grinder. BOOKOO Themis Mini and Ultra scales, in addition to Acaia Lunar Scale integration, allow you to stop extraction by weight. Firmware updates arrive over-the-air.
